Reach is a start-up that developed a remote business platform began its journey as a product for digital signatures called signature. The name change came as a result of an extensive product upgrade that made it an innovative platform for complete management of the business remotely, in an accessible, immediate and user-friendly way. Our challenge was to introduce to the world of remote business, which speaks a very technological and versatile language, the new and accessible user experience created by Reach people.
The new name chosen for the brand – Reach, managed to summarize the most significant value of the product for the business: immediate, direct and secure access that allows daily conduct from a distance. Therefore, we chose the name as our starting point in the strategic process, which led us to formulate the exact product promise that combines technology and the user experience: the pleasure of doing business remoatly.
