The coronavirus pandemic hit in 2020 and led to a drastic decline in shopping center and mall traffic. The Big shopping center group was looking for a way to regain customers’ trust and to position itself as a safe shopping solution during the pandemic.
Open came up with a slogan that quickly caught on across Israel: “Fresh-air shopping is safer shopping”. We immediately launched a comprehensive campaign which included signage, ads, clips and commercials to feature a more amusing side of the new normal COVID-19 routine.
